Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cyclone Customs we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns Window You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or partially used unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like to swap your product for a different item, please contact us at support@cyclonecustoms.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Cyclone Customs does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
