Shipping Policy
Where We Ship Cyclone Customs currently delivers within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard delivery: R150 flat rate
- Free delivery on all orders over R500
Courier Partner All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's most reliable delivery services.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) are typically on the faster end of this window. Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy's website at thecourierguy.co.za.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Cyclone Customs cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cyclonecustoms.co.za with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
